We’re seeking a Strategic Accounts Specialist to support the sales process from early customer engagement through signed agreements. This role combines financial analysis, proposal development, contract coordination, and sales operations support to help drive business growth.

What You’ll Do-

  • Develop RFQs, comprehensive cost models, and customer proposals
  • Support pricing updates and tailored value propositions
  • Coordinate NDAs, MSAs, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Partner with internal teams to support customer communications and project execution
  • Track and nurture opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Analyze sales data and support reporting activities

What You Bring-

  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or sales operations
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent written communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits-

  • Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus Eligible Position
