Project Manager Level II

We’re looking for a Project Manager Level II to join our Customer Service team. Lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from initiation through closeout—driving execution, accountability, and customer success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead projects and programs from initiation to closure, including pre-award R&D activities when applicable
  • Manage customer relationships and cross-functional project teams
  • Define project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables
  • Own project schedules, cost tracking, reporting, and risk management
  • Track milestones, provide status updates, and escalate issues as needed
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet timelines
  • Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, Sales, and Technical teams
  • Drive continuous improvement through best practices and lessons learned

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Experience managing projects in a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or related field)
  • Manufacturing, injection molding, automation, or regulated industry experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment in Skaneateles, NY
  • Technical or engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications preferred (GD&T, blueprints)
  • Working knowledge of statistics and data analysis in a manufacturing setting preferred W(SPC, trend analysis, problem-solving

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Annual Salary Range: $100,000–$125,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus Eligible Position
